We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage office communications, and assist with a variety of clerical and organizational tasks.
Job Responsibility
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments
Prepare, file, and maintain documents and records
Assist with data entry, reporting, and basic administrative tasks
Order and manage office supplies
Provide general support to staff and assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
additional administrative training is a plus
1–3 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
