We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a Contract assignment based in Pennsylvania. This is a fully onsite opportunity with an immediate start and an expected duration of 1-2 months. The person in this role will help keep the office organized by managing communications, scheduling meetings, and preparing business documents while providing dependable administrative support.
Job Responsibility
Manage incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts
Coordinate calendars and arrange meetings
Prepare, format, and update documents, reports, and other written materials
Perform data entry and maintain office records
Provide front-desk and general administrative support
Use Microsoft Word and Excel to create documents, track information, and support routine office tasks
