A respected religious nonprofit organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join its team in a full-time, onsite role Monday through Friday. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively multitask and manage competing priorities, and has a strong background in administrative support. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through heavy calendar management, travel coordination, and board support.
Job Responsibility
Manage heavy calendar scheduling and coordinate meetings and appointments
Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and related logistics
Provide administrative support to leadership and the board
Prepare, format, and edit documents, presentations, and correspondence
Maintain organization and efficiency in a fast-paced office environment
Support daily administrative operations and assist with special projects as needed
Requirements
3+ years of strong administrative support experience
Prior experience supporting C-level executives is highly preferred
Proven ability to manage heavy scheduling and coordinate travel arrangements
Experience supporting a board is preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Highly tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
