Job Responsibility:
Provide daily administrative support to attorneys to keep schedules and workflows on track
Prepare outgoing mail, create shipping labels, and assemble documents
Handle general clerical tasks including scanning, copying, and filing
Maintain well‑organized physical and electronic filing systems
Assist with document preparation, formatting, and accuracy checks
Answer incoming calls professionally and route inquiries appropriately
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive documents and communications
Coordinate office tasks to improve efficiency and organization
Jump in on additional administrative duties as needed to support the team
Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with office equipment, including scanners and copiers
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
