We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Oro Valley, Arizona. Job Responsibility:
Organize and maintain physical and digital files to ensure easy access and proper documentation
Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Perform mail merging tasks using Microsoft Excel to streamline communication processes
Answer inbound phone calls, providing attentive and courteous assistance
Assist with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing inquiries
Sort and prioritize incoming correspondence and documents
Support general office operations by maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and task completion
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including mail merge functions
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
