This Contract position involves supporting the title clerk department by managing organizational tasks and assisting with customer information and documentation. Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to the title clerk department, ensuring smooth daily operations
Organize and maintain filing systems for customer documents and department records
Retrieve, cross-reference, and print customer information as requested
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain updated records for the department
Respond to incoming inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Assist in managing office tasks, including answering calls and handling receptionist duties
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Maintain an organized and tidy workspace to support department needs
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
