Job Responsibility:
Entering purchase orders
Assist with processing requisitions
Scheduling meetings
Working with vendors
Processing certificates of insurance
Answering phone lines
Typing correspondence and running maintenance reports on Excel
Entering invoices for payment
Entering payroll data
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience required in a true Administrative Assistant role is required
Prior administrative experience preferred
Excellent communication and time-management abilities
