We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support in a professional office environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting managers and internal teams.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to management and department staff
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Answer and route phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and files
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Assist with onboarding paperwork and internal documentation
Order office supplies and liaise with vendors as needed
Maintain a professional and organized office environment
Support additional administrative projects as required
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in an administrative support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
