Job Responsibility:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal communications
Prepare reports, memos, and meeting materials
Assist with financial documentation processing and data tracking
Support onboarding and compliance tasks as needed
Provide excellent internal customer service to team members and departments
Requirements:
Experience in administrative support, preferably within finance (2 years)
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy
Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
