Job Responsibility:
Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining office records
Answer and direct inbound calls professionally, ensuring prompt and courteous communication
Perform accurate data entry to update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other documentation
Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors and providing receptionist duties with a welcoming demeanor
Coordinate office supplies and equipment needs, ensuring the workspace remains efficient and functional
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
Support team members by managing travel arrangements and expense reporting
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution and delivery
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all tasks with discretion
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Detail-oriented approach and ability to interact with individuals at all levels
Familiarity with operating office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems
High school diploma or equivalent
