Job Responsibility:
Manage busy inboxes, triaging and responding to enquiries
Provide administrative support to senior leadership and executive teams
Assist with diary management, scheduling, and meeting preparation
Prepare and proofread documents, agendas, and reports
Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements
Support internal and external events
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
Highly organised and detail-focused
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office and Teams)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
Professional and confident when liaising with stakeholders
Previous experience in administration or office support
