Job Responsibility
Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership and team members
Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and communications
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation with accuracy and clarity
Assist with project coordination and help streamline workflows
Support onboarding, internal communication, and team culture initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement new systems
Act as a go-to problem solver, keeping the office running smoothly
Assist with billing as needed
Work closely with leadership on special projects
Requirements
Proven experience in administrative assistance
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with staff and clients
Proficiency in preparing and editing detail-oriented documents
Familiarity with maintaining office supplies and ensuring inventory is up-to-date
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Experience in tracking expenses and claims is preferred
Knowledge of office procedures and standards to ensure compliance
