Job Description:

Provides administrative support to individuals and departments across the organization. Handles a variety of responsibilities including scheduling, managing communications, and maintaining records. Contributes to the smooth functioning of the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provides administrative support to individuals and departments across the organization
  • manages diaries, appointments and maintain calendars for supervisory staff
  • handles correspondence, mails and documents, ensuring they reach intended recipients
  • arranges travel, accommodations, and manage expense reports
  • schedules and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events
  • prepares and maintains various reports, logs, and data
  • serves as the point of contact for a team or a department
  • coordinates communications and disseminates information within the organization
  • maintains a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • further qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is an advantage
  • proven work experience in an administrative or related role
  • familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
  • proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer software
  • excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • problem-solving abilities with a talent for managing in a fast-paced environment
  • good understanding of business operations and procedures
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines
  • understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
  • ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Nice to have:

  • further qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary
  • familiarity with basic accounting principles
