Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to team members and leadership
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Assist with data entry, reporting, and document preparation
Order office supplies and support general office operations
Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Requirements:
3+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, professional office environment
Proven experience supporting multiple team members or leadership simultaneously
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word), including calendar management and basic reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism
Ability to prioritize competing tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
Experience handling confidential information with discretion
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
