This role supports senior leaders within a fast-paced, client-facing professional services environment. The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable balancing administrative, logistical, and interpersonal responsibilities across office and off-site settings.
Job Responsibility:
Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling to optimize leadership efficiency
Coordinate detailed domestic travel arrangements and oversee expense tracking and documentation
Maintain and organize contact databases, files, and internal systems with a high degree of accuracy
Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, partners, and event stakeholders, including in-person engagements
Support special projects and evolving operational needs with sound judgment, discretion, and a hands-on approach
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic foundation
Minimum of four years of experience in an administrative, operations, or executive support role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to manage light physical demands as part of daily responsibilities
