Job Responsibility
Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
Prepare memos, reports, forms, correspondence, and presentations
File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners
Develop and maintain an updated filing system
Make business travel arrangements for executives
Document expenses, monitor budgets, and submit relevant reports
Undertake occasional receptionist duties
