We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in North Miami Beach, Florida. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) supporting daily front desk and administrative operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, bilingual in Spanish, and comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
Manage daily check-ins and prepare rosters for students attending classes
Perform fingerprinting services for students as required
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls while providing excellent customer service
Schedule appointments and maintain accurate booking records
Coordinate email correspondence with students and staff
Enter and update data in the system accurately and efficiently
Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) to complete administrative tasks
Provide general office and administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role or similar position
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong customer service skills and ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
