The Administrative Assistant supports multiple leaders and teams, handling diverse administrative, calendaring, and event coordination tasks. Attendance at key meetings and events throughout the year is required.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to two executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
Draft correspondence, prepare documents for signature, and maintain filing systems
Coordinate executive schedules, office events, and special programs with multiple departments
Support committee activities, program operations, audits, and board meetings as needed
Oversee office supply orders, internal communications, and event logistics
Facilitate meetings, maintain agendas, and act as an administrative liaison to program committees
Prepare internal reports and process expenses
