Job Responsibility:
Scan, organize, and upload documents to maintain accurate and accessible records
Coordinate and manage scheduling for your calendar and one additional team member
Handle inbound calls and provide attentive assistance to callers
Perform data entry tasks to ensure information is updated and accurate
Maintain reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing incoming correspondence
Support the office with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative roles, demonstrating reliability and organization
Strong skills in managing calendars and scheduling appointments effectively
Proficiency in handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service
Familiarity with data entry and maintaining accurate records
Experience in receptionist duties, including detail-oriented communication and organization
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
Competence in using office software and equipment
