Our client in Westfield, Massachusetts is seeking a Contract Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide high-level administrative support to the team. Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to departments and team members
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and manage appointments
Prepare, format, and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets
Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and office documents
Assist with data entry, inventory of office supplies, and other clerical duties
Support internal teams with special projects and general office coordination

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant or office support role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
