Job Responsibility:

Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update records and databases
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, handling receptionist duties with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
Support team members by coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments
Assist with document preparation, filing, and management to ensure accessibility and compliance
Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring resources are readily available
Collaborate with various departments to facilitate communication and workflow
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role
Proficiency in handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
