We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced office environment. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the office runs efficiently by providing administrative, operational, and clerical support to leadership and internal teams.
Job Responsibility:
Manage daily office operations, including calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Serve as the first point of contact for phone calls, emails, and visitors, maintaining a professional and responsive presence
Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation (both electronic and physical)
Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and assist with internal communications
Order and manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and general facility needs
Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoice tracking, expense reporting, and data entry
Support onboarding and administrative HR functions as needed (new hire paperwork, employee records, etc.)
Coordinate travel arrangements, event logistics, and team activities
Assist with special projects and provide general administrative support to leadership
Requirements:
2+ years of administrative, office management, or related experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or similar systems
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Self-starter with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
