We are looking for an organized and reliable Administrative Assistant to join a team in Aston, Pennsylvania. Job Responsibility:
Serve as the first point of contact by handling inbound calls and assisting visitors with courtesy
Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain and update records efficiently
Provide support for office operations, including scheduling, filing, and handling correspondence
Assist with receptionist duties, ensuring the office runs smoothly and all inquiries are addressed promptly
Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and learn systems like MuniLink and Sage to streamline processes
Coordinate with team members to ensure administrative tasks are completed on time
Manage office supplies and resources, ensuring inventory is stocked and organized
Prepare and distribute reports and documents as needed for internal and external use
Assist with maintaining a clean and pleasant office environment
Collaborate with the team to support organizational goals and special projects
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly learn additional software such as MuniLink and Sage
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail
Dependable and punctual with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
Familiarity with receptionist duties, including handling phone calls and assisting visitors
Experience in data entry with accuracy and efficiency
Comfortable working onsite in a small office environment
