Job Description:

Join our Communications & Marketing team as a Student Administrative Assistant. Support international projects, events, and public affairs while gaining hands-on experience in academic publishing! The Administrative Assistant, supports the Communications & Marketing team by contributing to public affairs, event coordination, and administrative processes. This role offers practical exposure to international collaboration and academic publishing within a structured and supportive environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the coordination of editor agreements and administrative processes
  • Help organize conferences and networking events (research, logistics, follow-ups)
  • Assist with reports, presentations, and internal communication
  • Track tasks, tickets, and open items across teams
  • Support outreach and networking activities

Requirements:

  • Student Status: Currently enrolled in a university or higher education institution
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (C1)
  • German (C1) is also required
  • Technical Skills: Confident use of MS Office and digital tools for document management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
