Job Description:

Norwell seeks a motivated, customer service-driven and tech savvy administrative assistant for a full-time (37.5 hours) position providing clerical support for the Water Superintendent, Board of Water Commissioners, and department staff and handling resident requests and questions. Office is located at our beautiful new Town Hall (93 Longwater Circle). Responsible for administration of all town water accounts for residential, commercial, and municipal town properties, including four quarterly billing commitments and scheduling appointments for final reads and meter replacements. Prepares weekly payroll; processes vendor invoices, handles receivables; and tracks department attendance.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Associate degree
