Job Responsibility:

  • Managing administrative tools rigorously and ensuring thorough follow-ups on ongoing files
  • Taking precise meeting minutes and drafting high-quality professional correspondence
  • Acting as the primary point of contact, mainly in English, for the President’s communications
  • Coordinating schedules and ensuring priorities are met with absolute discretion and attention to detail
  • Maintaining flexibility throughout the year, including during the holiday season, to ensure continuity of service

Requirements:

  • Full professional proficiency in English (primary working language) and a functional command of French
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in both languages
  • Exemplary discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality
  • Great autonomy and the ability to take proactive initiative
  • Advanced proficiency with modern administrative and digital tools
