Job Responsibility

  • Maintain Synergetic school management system records by accurately enter, update, and verify employee information, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and data privacy requirements
  • Manage and maintain the Deputy Principal (Staff) diary/calendar, exercising discretion to ensure efficiency and optimal operation
  • Prioritise issues requiring the immediate attention of the Deputy Principal (Staff)
  • Ensure all paperwork for appointments and meetings is available for the Deputy Principal (Staff) and prepare files for meetings with parents, staff, students and members of the community
  • Monitor the currency of Working With Children Certification for all staff and visitors to the College and assist in the monitoring of VIT currency for all staff employed at the College
