Job Responsibility
Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Maintain organization and cleanliness of common areas, including the kitchen
Monitor and order office supplies as needed
Coordinate weekly lunch orders for team meetings
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO
Manage scheduling, including appointments and calendar coordination
Assist with personal tasks such as: Ordering coffee and meals as needed during the day
