Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Tax Department by preparing, organizing, and maintaining client tax documents, statements, and returns
Coordinate the processing, tracking, and distribution of outgoing mail and packages, including certified mail and courier services, with occasional local delivery
Draft and finalize engagement letters, correspondence, reports, and related documentation from provided materials or drafts
Support tax principals and managers by coordinating client documentation, reports, and deliverables while maintaining strict confidentiality
Manage the physical handling of tax returns, including printing, binding, organizing, and ensuring timely return of original client materials
Complete additional administrative and departmental support tasks as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years of administrative experience required
professional services or tax environment experience is a plus
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
experience with PeopleSoft Financials preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented setting with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service
Collaborative team player who exercises sound judgment and handles highly confidential information with care
