Job Description

This is often a college graduate who has mastered the basic principles of the role and is able to handle more complex problems and projects. Most problems they handle require standard solutions. They may manage small projects with oversight from their supervisor. Works on assignments where independent action and a high degree of initiative are required in completing assignments and activities. Typically, supports Senior Vice President.

Job Responsibility

  • Reviews outgoing materials and correspondence for internal consistency and conformance with company policies.
  • Coordinates special projects and department activities.
  • Coordinates office functions with other departments.

Requirements

  • Typically requires 4-6 years’ relevant experience. Advanced knowledge of software programs include Windows and MS Office applications and business unit specific programs.
  • Excellent writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively respond to shifting and changing priorities of a complex nature.
  • Exceptional client service skills.
  • Advanced organization and time management skills.
