NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative support to senior leaders in the Provider Business Unit. The role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to manage complex, fast‑moving priorities.
Job Responsibility:
Manage executive calendars, meetings, agendas, and action‑item follow‑up.
Coordinate domestic and international travel.
Prepare expense reports and ensure timely submission.
Create presentations for internal and client meetings.
Support marketing activities, campaigns, and Analyst Relations coordination.
Plan and execute team meetings and events, both virtual and in-person.
Maintain Microsoft Teams channels and content.
Provide support for special projects and department initiatives.
Review outgoing materials for accuracy and policy alignment.
Serve as a trusted partner to leadership, maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements:
6+ years of executive administrative support
4+ years supporting multiple executives
4+ years Microsoft Office experience (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word)
1+ year international travel coordination
1+ year experience creating meeting agendas
Advanced MS Office proficiency
Strong written and verbal communication
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
Ability to manage shifting priorities
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
