Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties and includes conducting research, generating insights, and supporting decision-making processes.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments across multiple stakeholders
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal communications
  • Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and market developments
  • Gather and synthesize data to support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making
  • Prepare briefing notes, summaries, and reports for meetings and presentations
  • Monitor relevant news, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities
  • Support special projects by analyzing information and presenting actionable insights
  • Assist in tracking key projects, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and follow up on action items
  • Develop and maintain filing systems, databases, and documentation
  • Support internal process improvements and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Research, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience as an Executive/ Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • High level of professionalism and discretion

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools or research methodologies
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise insights
