Support the Property Operations team to ensure tenant obligations and site standards are met; Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant requests, questions, and issue resolution; Coordinate facilities, janitorial, security, and vendor-related requests; Enter, track, and close work orders; code AP invoices and check requests; Assist with financial reporting, accruals, and expense tracking; Prepare and distribute tenant communications and notifications; Support Property Managers with contracts, vendor documentation, and special projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time‑management skills
  • Proven ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently
  • Strong multitasking and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with property management software preferred
