Job Description:

Company specializing in the field of industrial valves, located in Ville Saint-Laurent is currently looking for an administrative assistant / project coordinator, reporting directly to the senior partner and of the major accounts director, his/her role will be to carry out coordination tasks between the client's needs and requests and internal resources.

Job Responsibility:

  • Preparation of project opening documents
  • Assist project managers in their management
  • Request prices from different suppliers and subcontractors
  • Monitoring plans and quotes
  • Estimate of change notices and enforceable works
  • Management and monitoring of documents, lists and project management reports
  • Establish and maintain effective and ongoing communications with individuals/clients and groups/suppliers involved directly or indirectly in projects
  • Release the controls
  • Finalize files for invoicing
  • Write, revise and layout service offers
  • Take care of opening, updating and archiving files

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of the Ms Office Suite (ERP and Fidelio systems) is an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, time management and problem solving, and excellent organizational abilities
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, autonomy, versatility and the ability to work alone and in a team
  • Rigor and respect for internal processes and deadlines

Nice to have:

Knowledge of the Ms Office Suite (ERP and Fidelio systems)
