Job Description

Under the supervision of the Business Development Manager, you will act as the central pivot between clients, suppliers, and technical teams. You will ensure the fluidity of operations, from material purchasing to the final delivery of projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform data entry for cost tracking and transmit relevant information to the project coordinator for optimal management
  • Proceed with purchases from suppliers according to approved quotes and manage delivery slips as well as merchandise returns (including warranties)
  • Establish work team schedules and coordinate pickup times with technicians
  • Confirm appointments with clients, validate work planning, and ensure rigorous follow-up on site progress

Requirements

  • DCS (DEC) in project management or a related field
  • Relevant experience in a technical field related to construction or security
  • Bilingualism is essential to communicate with a diverse clientele
