Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented, bilingual administrative assistant to the parts department looking to work in the West Island? Our client, a market leader in tool distribution is looking for someone to join their Dorval location. We are looking for a detail-oriented meticulous individual with strong organizational skills to join our a full-time, permanent basis.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and forward orders for parts department to suppliers (China and Taiwan)
Enter the orders in the accounting system
Forward the orders to the supplier
Follow up with the supplier for the proforma invoice to verify quantities and prices and expected receipt date
Coordinate shipments with the imports department for the different suppliers
Must be meticulous in following up the orders with the various suppliers
