Job Description

A highly respected boutique estate planning practice is seeking a polished Administrative Assistant / Paralegal to serve as a true right hand to a senior partner.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage complex scheduling, travel arrangements, and calendar coordination
  • Draft, edit, and finalize legal documents and client communications
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and external partners
  • Track attorney time and maintain organized files and shared systems
  • Anticipate needs and deliver ahead of deadlines—before being asked
  • Handle day-to-day administrative functions including scanning, filing, and document management
  • Prepare spreadsheets and assist with data tracking/reporting

Requirements

  • Meticulous attention to detail with exceptional follow-up (and follow-through!)
  • Strong written communication—clear, polished, and grammatically sound emails
  • Tech-savvy with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and document systems
  • Self-sufficient and resourceful—minimal hand-holding required
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment
  • Professional presence—reliable, confident, and client-facing ready
  • Ability to interpret direction and think critically to connect the dots
