Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the U.S. Market Sales Travel Industry team, including both Retail and Wholesale (WHO) Sales teams. This role supports day-to-day business operations through coordination, documentation, reporting, and professional communication. This position does not include lead catching or lead distribution responsibilities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide administrative support including correspondence, document preparation, reporting, and data entry
  • Support both Retail and Wholesale (WHO) teams, including preparation and tracking of Wholesale WIFs
  • Prepare and maintain presentations, reports, contracts, and sales documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and team activities
  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems
  • Support onboarding activities and ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • additional education preferred
  • 1–2 years of administrative or sales support experience, preferably within hospitality or travel
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Professional English proficiency
