The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the U.S. Market Sales Travel Industry team, including both Retail and Wholesale (WHO) Sales teams. This role supports day-to-day business operations through coordination, documentation, reporting, and professional communication. This position does not include lead catching or lead distribution responsibilities.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support including correspondence, document preparation, reporting, and data entry
Support both Retail and Wholesale (WHO) teams, including preparation and tracking of Wholesale WIFs
Prepare and maintain presentations, reports, contracts, and sales documentation
Coordinate meetings, calendars, and team activities
Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems
Support onboarding activities and ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
additional education preferred
1–2 years of administrative or sales support experience, preferably within hospitality or travel
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
