Job Responsibility
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for department leaders
Serve as a key point of contact by handling inquiries and resolving issues professionally
Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations—often involving confidential information
Organize and maintain records, databases, and files for accuracy and accessibility
Support workflow by tracking priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups
Coordinate meetings, events, and team activities
Communicate on behalf of leadership and interact with internal and external stakeholders
Assist with projects, data analysis, and process improvements
Help create a positive workplace experience through team support and coordination efforts
Requirements
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Strong planning, organization, and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Self-motivated, proactive, and dependable
Nice to have
