The Administrative Assistant III provides administrative support to senior, non-executive leaders. This position requires skills in a range of processes, procedures and systems and to work with a limited degree of supervision and maintain confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Responsibility:
Navigate routine and non-routine day-to-day activities of senior, non-executive leaders to ensure seamless execution
Manage calendars, expense reconciliation, travel arrangements and other tasks as needed
Proactively assist in problem-solving for the leader - research inquiries, become knowledgeable about areas the leader leads and how their team works with other areas of the business, recommends changes and solutions to improve efficiency
Serve as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for internal and potentially external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the leaders’ schedule and activities
Review and triage incoming correspondence, emails, and requests
respond on behalf of leaders where appropriate
Prepare high-quality documents, reports, presentations, and communications in support of meetings and initiatives
Manage sensitive and confidential information with a high level of integrity and discretion
Perform other duties as assigned in support of the leader and teams’ operations
Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork
Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures
Maintain regular and reliable attendance
Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization
Ability to work nights and/or weekends, as needed
Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day
Ability and means to travel 5% between Exact Sciences locations
Ability to travel 5% of working time away from work location. May include overnight/weekend travel
Requirements:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
2+ years of demonstrated experience working in an administrative support capacity
Demonstrated experience with business travel & expense platforms & receipt reconciliation
Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft365 suite
Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation
