Job Description

The Administrative Assistant III provides administrative support to senior, non-executive leaders. This position requires skills in a range of processes, procedures and systems and to work with a limited degree of supervision and maintain confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Navigate routine and non-routine day-to-day activities of senior, non-executive leaders to ensure seamless execution
  • Manage calendars, expense reconciliation, travel arrangements and other tasks as needed
  • Proactively assist in problem-solving for the leader - research inquiries, become knowledgeable about areas the leader leads and how their team works with other areas of the business, recommends changes and solutions to improve efficiency
  • Serve as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for internal and potentially external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the leaders’ schedule and activities
  • Review and triage incoming correspondence, emails, and requests
  • respond on behalf of leaders where appropriate
  • Prepare high-quality documents, reports, presentations, and communications in support of meetings and initiatives
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with a high level of integrity and discretion
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the leader and teams’ operations

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience working in an administrative support capacity
  • Demonstrated experience with business travel & expense platforms & receipt reconciliation
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft365 suite
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation
