Job Responsibility
Greets and Directs all visitors, vendors, physicians and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor
Provides clerical support including answering telephones, greeting clients and visitors, making appointments and referrals, typing, filing, routing mail, and travel arrangements
Acts as direct assistant to the Manager or Director
Arranges, Participates in, and Implements conferences and meetings
Provides information to staff
Manages Outlook calendar or multiple Outlook calendars, handles travel arrangements as necessary
Requirements
High School Graduate General Studies and At least one (1) year of experience in an administrative support role, upon hire
High School GED General Studies and At least one (1) year of experience in an administrative support role, upon hire
