Requirements

  • Sunfish system (will cover key HR system functions such as associate data management, attendance tracking, payroll processing, and other related features)
  • Time attendance record (covering full-time associates, trainees, and casual labor, including working hours, overtime)
  • Labor contract management (including preparation of employment contracts for new hires, contract renewals, and addendums to reflect changes in salary and other employment terms)
  • Social insurance management (including declaration of associate increases/decreases, registration and deregistration procedures, and administration of insurance-related benefits)
  • Personal Income Tax (PIT) administration (responsible for tax code registration and dependent registration)
  • Leave balance management (tracking and updating remaining leave days for each department on a weekly and monthly basis)
  • Clearance procedure (associate offboarding process, including asset return and final payment confirmation)
  • Education: High school diploma
  • Related Work Experience: At least 6 months - 1 year of related work experience
  • Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience
  • License or Certification: None
