Job Description

Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking an Administrative Assistant with 5+ years of proven experience to join their team on a temporary basis for 6 months in Washington, D.C.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to project leadership and cross‑functional teams
  • Manage calendars and schedule virtual, hybrid, and in‑office meetings
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and convenings, including logistics and briefing materials
  • Proofread and edit documents
  • prepare physical and electronic mailings
  • Update and maintain databases and track meetings and tasks in Salesforce
  • Participate in regular project meetings and support special projects as needed
  • Track tasks and deadlines, compile daily task lists, and support workflow prioritization

Requirements

  • 5+ years of administrative experience
  • Experience using Salesforce and Concur
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint

Nice to have

Bachelor’s degree is preferred
