Job Description

Under the supervision of the Business Development Manager, you will act as the central pivot between clients, suppliers, and technical teams. You will ensure the fluidity of operations, from material purchasing to the final delivery of projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform data entry for cost tracking and transmit relevant information to the project coordinator
  • Proceed with purchases from suppliers according to approved quotes and manage delivery slips and merchandise returns
  • Establish work team schedules and coordinate pickup times with technicians
  • Confirm appointments with clients and ensure rigorous follow-up on progress
