Job Description

Our client, a leading integrator of security solutions (protecting people, property, information, and business activities), is seeking an Administrative Assistant – Project Coordinator to join its dynamic team in East Montreal. Located in the Montreal-East area, near the Honoré-Beaugrand metro station, this position is ideal for a proactive individual looking to evolve in a stimulating technical environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform data entry for cost tracking and transmit relevant information to the project coordinator for optimal management
  • Manage approved quotes, and handle delivery slips as well as merchandise returns
  • Establish work schedules for the teams and coordinate pickup times with the technicians
  • Confirm appointments with clients and ensure rigorous follow-up on project progress

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a technical field related to construction or security
  • Bilingualism is essential to communicate with a diverse clientele

What we offer

  • Salary: Between $30 and $35 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
