Job Description

This is a FlexSteel position and is located in Baytown, TX. In office position in Baytown, Texas. Reporting to Head of Field Services. Experience in field related admin activities highly preferred. Job Responsibility

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
  • Maintain document libraries in both printed and electronic forms
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Prepare support materials for all Services training requirements and new hire on-boarding
  • Maintain field staff SalesForce profiles, including but not limited to Certifications, Applications, safety training records, Customer orientations, etc
  • Validate field staff hour reporting documented on daily field tickets, including HSE documents
  • Coordinate event planning as well as meal ordering for special events
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Special projects or assignments as directed by management

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience preferred
  • Intermediate language skills, mathematical skills, and intermediate reasoning ability
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain deadlines
  • Ability to build solid working relationships with customers, vendors, and interface with associates in all departments
  • This position may require: Pre-employment drug screening

  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
