Job Responsibility:
Answer incoming calls
Manage the email inbox
Enter clinical orders
Ensure order management
Manage inventory and stocks
Requirements:
2 to 3 years of relevant office work experience
Essential bilingualism: fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
Excellent knowledge of office software (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Ability to work effectively in a team
Nice to have:
Knowledge of a warehouse management software such as Fishbowl or another (an asset)
