Job Description

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, help manage logistics and coordination, and contribute to an efficient and well-organized work environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks in an efficient, organized, and professional manner
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, room bookings, and follow-ups
  • Handle travel coordination such as booking flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows using AI and automation tools

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Fluent in both English and Hebrew - Must
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) to improve productivity and task management
  • Ability to adopt and integrate AI tools into daily administrative workflows
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
  • experience with AI-powered productivity tools - advantage
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
