The Biomedical Administrative Assistant provides advanced administrative, operational, and compliance support to the Biomedical Engineering department. Plays a key part in department efficiency, regulatory readiness, vendor coordination, and data management. The assistant serves as a central liaison between biomedical leadership, technicians, vendors, and hospital departments, supporting day-to-day operations as well as long-term departmental initiatives.

Requirements:
Minimum Education Requirement: High School diploma or equivalent required
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum Experience Requirement: Minimum of three (3) years administrative or operational support experience required, healthcare or technical environment preferred
Experience supporting leadership or managing department-level administrative functions
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) strongly preferred
Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High level of attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Professional demeanor with strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
