Our client in Dollard Des Ormeaux is currently looking for an administrative assistant for there after sales support division. The role of the after sales representative is to provide excellent service to our customers and to support our customers in the following areas our in-house team. He or she will be responsible for all follow-ups of deliveries from our suppliers to our customers.
Job Responsibility:
Data entry entering skus of products from orders
Enter customer orders and purchase orders
Purchase non-stock products
Make quotations based on information provided by internal vendors
Respond to customer order follow-ups
Follow-up with suppliers
All other administrative tasks
Requirements:
General DEC
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role and administrative experience
Must be fluently bilingual (English and French) spoken and written
English-speaking internal and external clients/partners/employees located outside Quebec on a daily/regular basis
Experience and desire to serve customers
Good user of the Office suite
Results-oriented and able to manage a variable workload
Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
What we offer:
Monday - Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM or 8:30AM-5PM
3 weeks of vacation (negotiable according to experience)
After the 3 months probation/training, hybrid formula (3 days in office in DDO and 2 days work from home
